Building an e-commerce business with 15,000 products in Shopify

Established in 1999, TotalPoster is one of the most comprehensive sources of sports posters online with over 15,000 items available in a variety of sizes and frames, offering secure easy world wide shipping. Having run the business on a clunky custom built CMS for many years, TotalPoster needed to be able to upgrade it’s e-commerce capabilities and the customer experience with a site that loaded fast and had a higher conversion rate.ย

The Solution

We extracted over 15,000 inventory items from their custom build CMS and rebuilt their product catalogue in Shopify from scratch launched the business on Shopify. We then added a series of marketing automations and e-commerce enhancements that enabled the business to manage the site without the need for a developer.
