Uniquely, James has worked with leading brands across the full marketing spectrum, having planned and launched award winning advertising, customer loyalty, media and integrated marketing campaigns. This enables James to identify how brands can attract and retain customers for longer on a discipline agnostic basis.

This same international experience has enabled James to to work with brands wanting to expand their international footprint. James has launched established brands and startups into India, Poland, France, Italy, Germany, Russia, the US and UK markets.
James’s skills have been called upon to build digital departments and strengthen capability for Ogilvy and Dentsu agencies as well as building the strategy capability in customer loyalty consultancy Collinson Group.
