PayPoint asked us to develop a long-term plan for transforming their business through the use of digital technology and marketing initiatives.
Undertaking both qualitative and quantitative research, we analysed PayPoint’s website usability and social media presence against its competitors. We also analysed media coverage, as well as customer and market perception.
Following our analysis we developed a multi-stakeholder engagement strategy that has helped PayPoint achieve its commercial and communications objectives across all channels, including national, trade and social media, as well as its website and mobile marketing.
